Description
This training program increases managers’ competence and confidence in having comfortable and constructive conversations with staff who want some support during the menopause transition.
The self-paced version of the training includes all content of the 8 modules, including videos, pdfs, quizzes, audio content and action learning exercises and access to a community discussion forum. It does not include the live webinars or individual feedback on the final assignment.
The blended E-learning format includes everything in the self-paced version plus 3 live webinars to meet other participants, for Q&A and to help application of the content to each person’s own workplace. It also includes individualised feedback on the final assignment.
